400 is an 8% New England Double IPA that pours a hazy and opaque – orange gold. Columbus, Amarillo, and Mosaic hops including a generous double dry hop, create aromas of citrus rind, ripe mango, and grapefruit zest. Pours with a slight head that dissipates quickly. Minimal bitterness throughout. Slight sweetness on the finish. Mouthfeel is amazingly soft and pillowy – the most delicate NEDIPA we have produced yet.
