Golden Ale

A “very sweet fresh water brook” welcomed the cold and thirsty Pilgrims to Plymouth.

Today, it provides us with the soft water that is perfectly suited for brewing lighter-colored and milder beers. Mayflower Golden Ale is crisp and dry with a slight malt flavor and a subtle hop spice. This straw-colored ale offers easy drinkability for the novice yet plenty of flavor for the discriminating connoisseur.

Check the packaging date on your carton or the bottom of your can to see the hop recipe for your batch.
