This role focuses on operating and maintaining the canning line in a brewery or beverage production facility. You’ll be directly involved in getting beer properly filled, sealed, and ready for distribution.

- Type: Full-time / Hourly
- Shifts: 8am -4pm Mon-Fri
What You’ll Be Doing
Think of this job as a mix of machine operator + quality control + production support:
Production & Machine Operation
- Run the can filling line (filling, sealing, packaging)
- Set up machines and perform changeovers when switching products
- Make minor mechanical adjustments and troubleshoot issues
- Program or adjust recipes/settings for production runs
Quality Control
- Ensure:
- Correct fill levels
- Proper carbonation
- Accurate can weight
- Complete quality and production documentation
Process Coordination
- Handle the startup and shutdown of the line
- Work with the batching team to prepare tanks for filling
- Help with cleaning processes (CIP – Clean-In-Place systems)
Safety & Compliance
- Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety rules
- Keep the workspace clean and safe
Additional Tasks
- Learn and operate specialized equipment (like counter-pressure fillers)
- Assist other production lines when needed
- On loading and offloading of deliveries
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Love for craft beer
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere
- Canning line experience
Nice-to-Have (Big Advantage):
- Brewery or brewing experience 🍻
- Beverage manufacturing experience
- Forklift certification
