New 100 Barrel Tanks Are Now Standing
July 18, 2011We put our new 100 barrel fermenter and 100 barrel bright beer tank in place today. The fermenter is the first of a set of four 100 barrel fermenters that we plan to install over the next year or so. The new fermenter also increases our fermentation capacity by over 40% to 340 barrels and brings our annual production capacity to over 8,000 barrels per year. Cheers!
