Racking The Barley Wine
February 12, 2010Today we are racking the barley wine out of our bourbon barrels into a bright beer tank. The beer has been conditioning in these barrels since last April, picking up oak and bourbon flavors and mellowing along the way. The next step is to package in bottles – we’ll let you know when they are ready. Cheers!
