No trip is complete without a visit to our newly crowned bacon champs! Chef Mike Morway and Chef Stephen Coe recently won first place for the bacon category at the World Food Competition in Florida. Chef Mike is head chef and owner of Nosh Tavern across from the John Carver and Craftship Catering. Chef Stephen Coe can be found at The Bistro and Wine Bar in the Mirabeau Inn and Spa.
