The Barley Wine Is Ready!
February 20, 2010We successfully packaged our Barley Wine yesterday (2/19) and will begin delivering it to customers this coming week. It will be available in 22 ounce bottles and will be sold through select retail locations and at the brewery. Mayflower Barley Wine Style Ale is the second release of our Cooper’s Series of limited-batch, wood-aged beers. Brewed with a single variety of heirloom barley malt – Maris Otter – and aged in oak bourbon barrels for 10 months, it is a rich and complex brew that will warm your soul. Cheers!
